Create another organization
Make a new organization from the menu under your organization's name. Only an account's first organization gets the free Pro trial; later ones start on Free, and you choose a plan right after.
On this page
One account can own several organizations. Each one has its own events, team, contacts, payouts and plan, and you switch between them from the same menu.
Create one
- 1Click your organization's name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- 2Click Create organization.
- 3Enter the name, the public URL and the time zone, then click Create organization.
Ovante switches you to the new organization. If it's the first organization your account has made, it starts on a 28-day Pro trial and opens Home.
Choose a plan
Every organization after your first starts on Free, with no trial. Right after you create it, Ovante asks which plan it should have:
- Continue with Pro opens checkout for the new organization. Pro is billed from that day.
- Continue with Free opens Home. You can upgrade any time from Settings → Plans.
Each organization has its own plan. Paying for Pro on one doesn't put the others on Pro.
Good to know
- You can create up to 5 organizations a day.
- A team member who owns no organization yet gets the trial on the first one they make.
- Payouts and integrations belong to each organization. Connect them again in the new one's Settings.
- The logo, banner and the rest of the public page are in Settings → Public page.
