My event still sells after it started
A ticket with no Sales end keeps selling during and after the event. Give each ticket a Sales end, or pause sales.

A ticket sells until its Sales end, and a ticket without one keeps selling once the event starts and after it ends. Your page tells buyers "This event has started" or "This event has ended" beside the button, but it still takes their order.
Fix it
- 1In the event, open Sales → Tickets.
- 2Click a ticket that's still on sale.
- 3In the Sales window card, turn on Sales end and pick the date and time. Times are in the event's time zone.
- 4Click Save, then do the same for every other ticket on sale.
Once no ticket or bundle can be bought, the button says Sales closed. To stop every ticket at once instead, pause ticket sales.
- When
- A ticket has no Sales end
- Then
- It keeps selling during the event and after it ends, until it sells out or you stop it. The page says "This event has started" or "This event has ended" by the button.
- When
- A ticket's Sales end has passed
- Then
- Checkout stops selling that ticket. When nothing on the page can be bought and no other ticket opens later, the button says Sales closed.
Not this?
- The button says Sales closed and you want it open: see Checkout says Sales closed.
- Requests placed before the event ended disappeared from Needs review: see A request disappeared.
