A person's page

One contact on one page: what they spent and gave, the events they came to, every registration and email in order, their membership and their details.

On this page

Click anyone on the Contacts list to open their page. It shows who they are, what they've done with your organization, and anything waiting on Review about them. It opens over the list, so closing it puts you back where you were.

The top

Their photo or initials, their name, and their email, phone and place. Edit opens their details, and the menu beside it has Copy email, Copy link and Delete contact. The arrows at the top step to the previous and next person on the list, and Esc closes the page.

When a clean-up suggestion involves them, an amber band says what it is, with Review to go deal with it.

The numbers

NumberWhat it counts
Lifetime valueWhat they spent on orders they placed, plus what they gave
DonatedGifts that weren't refunded
EventsEvents they hold a ticket to, in their own name
Last activityTheir latest registration or gift

Spending belongs to the buyer and attendance to the ticket holder. When Dana buys tickets for Dana and Avi, Dana's page has the money and one event; Avi's page has the event and no money.

Events and Activity

Events lists each event they're registered for, with its cover and their status: Checked in, Going, Not going or Refunded. Click one to open their ticket.

Activity runs newest first, grouped by month: orders they placed, tickets in their name ("On Dana's order" when someone else bought), check-ins, gifts, emails sent to them, cards they saved and, for a contact added by hand, who added them. Switch to Emails to see each email's delivery, opens and clicks. Click an order, a ticket or an email to open it without leaving the page.

The side column

  • Membership, once your organization has tiers: their tier, or "Not a member." with Add membership.
  • Saved cards, for a member who saved one.
  • Details: every field that has a value, then First activity and Added.
  • Donations, when they gave.

Under Phone, a line such as "Shares this number with Avi Cohen" names anyone else on the same number. That's a household, and Ovante doesn't treat it as a duplicate unless the first names agree. See Households that share a phone.

Good to know

  • Emails sent to an address they used before still show, so changing their email keeps their history.
  • A photo on their page comes from their member account.
