Tiers and perks
A tier is what people join: a name, a price, how often they pay, and its perks. Perks come from one list shared by every tier.

A tier is one way to be a member: Gold at $180 a year, Friends at $18 a month, Lifetime at $1,800. You set its price and billing, tick the perks it comes with, and decide whether the public sees it.
Create or edit a tier
- 1In the sidebar, click Memberships, then Tiers and perks.
- 2Click New tier, or Edit on a tier's card.
- 3Under Tier, fill in the Name and Description, and pick a Color.
- 4Under Price, pick the Billing and type the Price.
- 5Under Perks, tick the perks this tier includes, or add a new one.
- 6Under Who sees it, set Show on the membership page and Member limit.
- 7Click Create tier or Save tier. The preview beside the form shows the card as it appears in the tiers drawer.
Billing

When you change a tier's price, current members keep the price they joined at. New members pay the new one.
Perks
Perks live in one list for the whole program, under Perks on the Tiers and perks tab. Each tier ticks the ones it includes, so the same perk reads the same way on every card. Drag a perk by its grip to reorder it. Deleting a perk takes it off every tier.
Member price on events
Member price on events sets the tier's default discount at your events: Regular price, Percent off, or Amount off each ticket. Applies to limits it to Every ticket or a set number per member per event. Any event can override it or comp the ticket. See Members-only events and member pricing.
Hidden tiers and links
- Each public tier has its own page. The Link field sets its address; leave it empty and Ovante makes one from the name.
- Turn off Show on the membership page to hide a tier. Only people you add, or people you send its link, can join. Copy that link from the tier's menu: Copy private link.
- Recommend this tier puts a Recommended badge on one tier's card.
Order, archive and delete
- Click the Reorder tiers icon beside New tier and drag the tiers into place. The tiers drawer shows them left to right in that order.
- Archive a tier from its menu to stop new members from joining. Current members keep it, and Restore brings it back.
- Delete shows only for a tier nobody has ever held.
