Your photo on the event page
Add a headshot and a portrait from Edit profile on your membership page. Your own photos replace any the organizer uploaded.
As a host you can have two photos: a round photo beside your name, and a tall portrait for your card on some event pages. If you're a member of the organization, you set both yourself, and they replace any the organizer uploaded.
Change your photos
- 1Sign in to the organization's membership page.
- 2Click Edit profile, on your membership card or in your account menu at the top.
- 3Beside the round picture at the top, click Add photo (or Change photo) and pick a picture.
- 4Under Portrait, click Add portrait (or Change portrait). A photo from the waist up works best.
Each photo saves as soon as you pick it. Remove takes one off.
Where each one shows
- Your photo is the round picture beside your name: in the list of hosts on some event pages, on leaderboards, and on your membership.
- Your portrait fills your card on Showcase and Interactive event pages, and the profile that opens from it. Without a portrait, your photo stands in.
Good to know
- Pictures can be JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Not a member? You can't upload your own. Send the organizer the photos you'd like, and they can add them.
- On a gala committee list, names show without portraits.
- Still seeing an old photo? Ask the organizer to check that they added you as the same person your member account belongs to.
