Sign in to your membership

You sign in with a code, not a password. Type your phone number or email, and the organization's page sends you a 6-digit code by text or email. Enter it and you're signed in.

   On the organization's page, click Sign in. On a members-only event, click Sign in to register.

   Type your phone number or email. When the form asks for a phone, Use email instead switches to email.

   Click Continue.

   Enter the 6-digit code from the text or email.

   You're signed in and back on the page you came from.

New here? After step 3 the form asks for your name, then sends the code. You can add an email too, for receipts and invites.

If the code doesn't come

• Wait for the countdown under the code boxes, then click Send a new code.
• Check that the number or email is right. Change under the heading takes you back to fix it.
• An emailed code can land in spam or promotions. It comes from Ovante, and its subject names the organization and holds the code.
• If texts aren't available, the code goes to the email on your account, and the page says so.
• After too many wrong codes, ask for a new one.

Good to know

• Your account belongs to this one organization. If you're a member of two, you sign in to each separately.
• Texts are sent by Ovante. Reply STOP to stop them, or HELP for help. See Text message terms.
• To sign out, open the menu with your name and click Sign out.
• To change your name or photo, choose Edit profile from the same menu.
