Host settings

Host settings decides how your hosts appear on the event page: whether the Hosted by section shows at all, the order of the cards, and which hosts stay off the page. It changes nothing about their links or their credit.

Change host settings

   In the event, open Outreach → Hosts.

   Click Host settings (the gear beside Add host). It needs at least one host.

   Turn Show hosts on the event page off to hide the whole Hosted by section, or leave it on.

   Drag a host by the grip to move them. The page lists hosts in this order.

   Click the eye beside a host to hide them from the page, or to show them again.

   Click Save. A toast says the hosts are saved.

Showcase and Interactive pages

On a Showcase or Interactive page, two more settings sit at the top:

• Show tickets sold by each host puts a "12 sold" pill on each card. See Show tickets sold by each host.
• Order hosts appears once that's on: Your order keeps your drag order, and Most tickets sold puts the best seller first. Hosts with the same count keep your order.

Good to know

• A hidden host keeps their link and their sales. Only their card leaves the page.
• Each host's sheet has the same switch, Show on the event page, for one host at a time.
• On an Interactive page, the host whose link brought the visitor moves to the front for that visitor.
• On a Gala event the button is Committee settings, and it controls the Committee list. See How the committee shows on your page.
