Add a photo gallery

Show photos from past events under your tickets, each with a caption. Turning the gallery off hides it and keeps the photos.

A gallery shows photos from your past events on the event page, under your tickets. It's part of the Showcase and Interactive styles; a Standard page has no gallery.

Add photos

    Click Edit event.

    Find Gallery and turn its switch on.

    Click an empty slot to open your photo library, or drop image files straight onto the grid.

    In the library, click photos in the order you want them, or click Upload from device. A number on each shows its place.

    Click Add photo, or Add 3 photos for several.

    Type a caption under each photo if you want one.
  7. 7
    Click Save.

A gallery holds up to 12 photos. The library counts the slots you have left and marks photos already in the gallery.

Reorder or remove

  • Drag a photo to a new slot to reorder.
  • Click a photo's remove button to take it out of the gallery. It stays in your library.

Hide the gallery

Turn the Gallery switch off and click Save. The section leaves the event page and Edit event says how many photos stay saved. Turn it back on to show them again.

What guests see

Square photos in a row they swipe or scroll sideways, two rows tall. Clicking a photo opens it full screen with its caption, and guests move through the rest with arrows, the keyboard or a swipe.

Good to know

  • Switching the event to Standard hides the gallery and keeps its photos. Switching back shows them again.
  • Removing a photo from the gallery never deletes it from your library.
