Email your guestsWrite an email to an event's ticket holders in three steps, Recipients, Message and Review, to everyone who matches a rule or to people you pick.Send a testSend your draft blast to your own inbox first, filled in as one of your attendees or a sample name, with [Test] in the subject.Add missing emailsFind the tickets with no email while you write a blast, and add an address to each one without leaving the builder.Follow up on a sent emailSend a dynamic blast to people who registered since it went out, or retry the copies that failed. Nobody who already has it gets a second copy.Choose where replies goAdd confirmed reply-to addresses, pick your organization's default, and override it for one event or one blast.Email historySee every email a person was sent, with its delivery timeline and the exact message, and send one again while Ovante still keeps its copy.Member and host emailsChange the words of the emails your members and hosts get, preview them on a sample person, and send yourself a test.Pro
How it works
Who an email reachesA blast goes to each ticket holder with an email, one copy per address. Tickets with no email are listed, and people who unsubscribed still get updates about an event they hold a ticket to.Opens, clicks and bouncesA sent blast lists every recipient with their delivery, opens and clicks. Filter the list, and open any row to see the exact email that person got.Unsubscribes and blocked addressesUnsubscribing stops your organization's announcements but never ticket emails. Spam reports and permanent bounces block an address from every blast.
