The photo library

Every banner and gallery photo your org uploads goes into one library, ready to reuse on any event. Removing a photo hides it from the library; pages using it keep it.

On this page

The photo library holds every image your org has used on an event: banners, gallery photos and anything uploaded through the library. Your whole team picks from the same library, so last year's gala photos are one click away when you set up this year's.

Where you see it

The library opens from Edit event and the create form:

  • Add a banner or Replace on the banner opens Choose a banner. One click picks a photo and closes the library. The current banner is ringed.
  • An empty slot in the gallery opens Add photos. Click photos in the order you want them, then Add photo or Add 3 photos. Photos already in the gallery are marked In gallery and can't be picked twice.

In either, click Upload from device, or drop images anywhere on the library, to add new ones. A new upload shows right away and is picked for you when there's room.

What goes in

  • Every image uploaded through the library.
  • Every banner and gallery photo an event saves, however it got there, including events you duplicate.

The library shows the newest first. It accepts JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP.

Remove a photo

  1. 1
Open the library from Edit event.
  2. 2
Hover the photo and click its X, Remove from library. On a phone the X always shows.
  3. 3
    Confirm with Remove.

The photo leaves the library, and events already using it keep it, so a live page never loses its banner. Only your org's owner or the person who uploaded the photo can remove it.

Good to know

  • Removing a photo from an event's gallery or banner doesn't touch the library.
  • Nothing in the library is ever deleted, only hidden from the list.
