Export your guest list

Export on the Attendees page downloads every ticket on the event as a CSV, whatever search or filter you have on, with one column per checkout question.

On this page

Export on the Attendees page downloads the event's whole guest list as a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It has one row per ticket.

Export it

  1. 1
In the event, open Guests → Attendees.
  2. 2
Click Export. A file named after the event and today's date downloads.

The button is off until the event has at least one ticket.

Which filters it respects

None. The file always holds every ticket: Going, Pending approval and Not going, whatever search, status tab, ticket filter or sort is on screen. Filter in your spreadsheet with the Status and Checked In columns.

What's in it

Good to know

  • Dates are in your computer's time zone.
  • Accented names come through intact in Excel.
  • When a buyer pays more than a ticket's fair market value, Ovante books the part above it as a gift. The export still shows the whole price in Amount Paid, and that part in Tax Deductible. See Gifts above a ticket's value.
  • For money across all your events, the Transactions page has its own download, which follows that page's search, filters and columns.
