Pledges
The Pledges list on the Appeal page holds every pledge from the night, with each donor's email and phone, so you can collect. Filter it, search it, and export it.
The morning after the gala, the work is collecting. Pledges lists every pledge the room made, from paddles, the console and guests' ticket pages, with the donor's email and phone, so your team knows who to call and how much is still out.
Open the list
In the event, open Fundraising → Appeal and scroll to Pledges. A line at the top says how much is still to collect.
Filter, search and sort
The status tabs are the filter, each with its count:

Search name, email or phone finds a donor. Click a column (Name, Email, Amount, From, Status or Pledged) to sort by it. From says where the pledge came from: a paddle and who entered it, the console, or Ticket page.
Act on a pledge
Open a pledge's menu:

Export
Click Export to download what the current filter shows as a CSV: each donor's name, email and phone, the amount and status, the paddle and table, when it was pledged, and how and when it was paid. Export To collect to hand your team a call list.
Good to know
- Only your event's team sees the list. Spotters entering paddles don't see emails or phones.
- Cancelling a pledge also takes it off the screen's total.
- Once Gala closes, the list is read only. Mark pledges paid before then.

- Ovante records an offline payment and a gift, so the money reaches Transactions, the Donations tab, the contact and your CRM. Until then a pledge is a promise and none of those count it.
