Unsubscribe
The unsubscribe link at the bottom of an organizer's emails stops their announcements. Emails about your tickets still arrive, and so do updates about an event you hold a ticket to.
On this page
Each organizer's announcements have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it stops that organizer's emails to you. It doesn't affect other organizers who use Ovante.
Unsubscribe
- 1Open an email from the organizer and tap the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- 2The page asks "Unsubscribe from" and the organizer's name. Tap Unsubscribe.
- 3The page says you're unsubscribed.
Opening the link alone changes nothing; you have to tap the button.
What still arrives
- Emails about your orders and tickets. Confirmations, tickets and refunds always come.
- Updates about an event you hold a ticket to, until 7 days after it ends. These are about something you're going to, like a change of time or place. They don't have an unsubscribe link; instead they say "You're getting this because you have a ticket to" the event.
After that, the organizer's announcements follow your choice.
Good to know
- If the page says "This link isn't valid", reply to one of the emails and ask the organizer to remove you.
To reach the organizer, reply to your ticket email.
