Follow up on a sent email
Send a dynamic blast to people who registered since it went out, or retry the copies that failed. Nobody who already has it gets a second copy.

On this page
After a blast goes out, you can send it to the people it missed: those who registered since, if the audience is dynamic, and anyone whose copy failed. Each person still gets one copy at most.
Send to people who registered since
This works for a dynamic audience.
- 1In the event, open Outreach → Emails and click the sent blast.
- 2A banner at the top says how many more attendees match the audience. Click See who to list them.
- 3Click Send to and the number.
- 4Confirm with Send. The confirmation says how many joined since and how many didn't get it the first time.
The follow-up retries failed copies too, so you don't need a second step.
Retry failed copies
For a custom list, or a dynamic blast with nobody new:
- 1Open the sent blast.
- 2Click Retry failed in the bar. It shows how many failed.
- 3Confirm with Retry.
Good to know
- A custom list never grows. Only failures can be retried.
- Not sent yet in the recipient filters shows exactly who a follow-up would reach.
- A follow-up keeps the blast's history; earlier sends stay in the recipient list.
- Unsubscribes and blocked addresses are checked again when the follow-up sends.
The rule behind this page
- When
- A sent email had a Dynamic audience
- Then
- People who match its rule later can get it through the Send to button, along with any failed sends. A Custom list never grows; its button only retries failed sends.
