Emails hosts get

A host with an email gets one email when you add them and one each time someone registers through their link. Ovante picks the version by who the host is.

These are the emails a host gets about your event, by their name in the email editor. A host with no email gets none of them.

Every one shows the event's date and the host's link. Resend invitation in the Hosts table sends the right "Host added" email again for who the host is now.

Edit them

The host emails sit with your member emails: Memberships → Tiers and perks → Host emails. You can change each one's subject, headline and message; the event details, the button and the footer stay as they are. Saving changes needs Pro. See Member and host emails.

See what a host was sent

Open the host's sheet. Its Emails card lists each email with its delivery, a preview, and Send again. The card calls the added-host emails "Welcome email" and the signup notes "Purchase notification".

On a Gala event

Honorees and committee members get their own wording, with the event as the button and no rank. Your edits to the host emails don't apply to them. See Send committee members their links.
