A door's check-ins aren't showing
Each door asks where every ticket stands every few seconds while its screen is on. A door that lost its connection sends its check-ins when it's back.

Doors don't push check-ins to each other. Every 8 seconds, while its screen is on and Live check-in is open, each door asks Ovante where every ticket stands. A door that lost its connection keeps its check-ins in a queue and sends them once it's back online, and its top bar says how many are waiting to sync, or Offline.
Fix it
- 1On the door that checked the guest in, look at the top bar. If it counts check-ins to sync, they haven't reached Ovante yet. Get that phone back on Wi-Fi or mobile data; they send on their own.
- 2Keep Live check-in open with the screen on at every door. A phone in a pocket or a tab in the background stops asking.
- 3Wait a few seconds. The guest shows as checked in on every door.
- When
- Another phone checks someone in
- Then
- It shows on every door within 8 seconds while the screen is on. Tickets bought since show within a minute.
- When
- The phone loses its connection
- Then
- Check-ins wait in a queue, counted in the top bar, and send when it's back online. One the server refuses is taken back with a message.
Not this?
- A ticket scans as unknown: see A scan says Not on the guest list.
- The camera is black: see The camera shows a black screen.
