On this page
Your org page is your public calendar and, when you run a membership program, the place people join. The Edit org page drawer sets how it looks: the logo, the banner, the description, your links, light or dark, and the text above your tiers.
Open the drawer
Click Edit org page in either place:
- Settings → General, in the Look and content row.
- Memberships → Tiers and perks, in the On your org page card.
The drawer shows a live Preview of the page beside the form, and of the Tiers drawer when you run a program.
Edit the page
- 1Under Logo and banner, click Upload logo. Then click Add images to add banner images, and drag them into order. The first image is your banner everywhere it shows; the page slides through the rest. Each is cropped to a 3:1 box.
- 2Under About, write the Description. The page shows four lines, then Read more.
- 3Under Links, add your Website and any of Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Paste a whole address or type the handle; Ovante keeps the handle. Empty rows stay hidden.
- 4Under Look, set Appearance to Light or Dark.
- 5With a membership program, under Tiers, set the Title and Subhead that sit above your tiers in the tiers drawer. The title can't be empty.
- 6Click Save. A toast says Org page saved.
Good to know
- Appearance themes your org page and every member page: joining, signing in, and each member's own page.
- The banner holds a set number of images. Add images turns off once it's full.
- Links show as small icons under your description.
- Closing the drawer with unsaved changes asks before it discards them.
- Your org's name, location, timezone, contact email and public URL are set in Settings → General, outside the drawer. See Organization settings.
- The card beside your events has its own section in the drawer. See The membership card on your org page.
