Sell tables and bundles
A bundle sells several tickets as one item at one price, such as a table of 10 or a couple's package. Every seat in it counts toward capacity and gets its own holder.

A bundle packages ticket types you already have into one thing a buyer adds at once. A table of 10 is a bundle of 10 Dinner tickets at a table price. A couple's package can be 2 Adult tickets and a bottle of wine.
Before you start
Create the ticket types the bundle holds first. A bundle is made of them.
Create a bundle
- 1In the event, open Sales → Tickets.
- 2Click Add ticket, then Add bundle.
- 3Type the Name, such as "Table of 10", and a Description if you want one.
- 4Under Tickets in the bundle, click Add ticket, pick a ticket type and set how many. Add a row for each ticket type it holds.
- 5Set the Bundle price. 0 makes it free.
- 6Type how many to sell in Bundles for sale, or leave it blank for no limit.
- 7Click Create bundle.
The bundle shows in the list with the type Bundle. Interactive pages don't offer bundles.
How a bundle counts
- Capacity: every seat counts. A table of 10 takes 10 places in the event, and checkout won't sell it if 10 don't fit.
- Tickets sold: each ticket type's count includes the seats sold inside bundles. The bundle's own count is how many bundles sold.
- Holders: checkout gives the buyer one slot per seat to name each guest. Seats left unnamed stay on the buyer's order.
Hide or stop a bundle
In the bundle's Checkout card:
- Active off hides the bundle from guests.
- Available for purchase off stops its sales.
You can't delete a bundle once one has sold.
On an event with Gala
The bundle sheet adds Reserves a table. Each purchase then gets its own table in Seating, named for the buyer. See Sponsor tables.
- When
- The event reaches its Maximum attendees
- Then
- Checkout refuses more tickets and the button says Sold out. A bundle counts every seat it holds, and a request holds no seat until you approve it.
- When
- A guest ticket has no name and no email
- Then
- It stays on the buyer's order as an unnamed ticket, carrying the buyer's name, email and phone so the confirmation and the door have something. It makes no contact and sends nothing to integrations until you name it.
