Integrations

Salesforce, ChabadOne, Zapier and Make.

Guides

Connect SalesforceSign in to Salesforce from Settings, Integrations. Ovante then acts as that Salesforce user, with exactly that user's access.
Pro
Match people to Salesforce recordsMatching scenarios decide which Salesforce record a person updates. Each starts with email or phone, the first that finds a record wins, and no match creates one or skips.
Pro
Map contact fieldsChoose which Salesforce field each Ovante contact field writes to, and whether an update overwrites what Salesforce has or only fills empty fields.
Pro
Track events as CampaignsEach event becomes a Salesforce Campaign and each attendee a Campaign Member, Registered, Attended or Cancelled, with the Campaign's status following the event's dates.
Pro
Log donations and purchasesTwo switches log each gift and each checkout as a completed Salesforce Task on the person's record. Replaying history never logs the same one twice.
Pro
Bring in past eventsSend your history to Salesforce or ChabadOne once per connection, oldest first. The dialog counts what it will send before you start.
Pro
Read the History tabHistory lists every item Ovante sent to your CRM, or decided not to send, with the reason in a sentence. Gray means Ovante chose to skip it; red means it failed.
Pro
Reconnect or disconnect SalesforceReconnect signs in again and keeps your settings. Disconnect revokes Ovante's access in Salesforce. Reconnecting to the same Salesforce org keeps every link; a different org starts over.
Pro
Connect ChabadOneSign in to the Salesforce org that runs ChabadOne. Attendance, ticket purchases and donations start landing in ChabadOne's own records, with all three switches on.
Pro
Connect Zapier or MakePaste the webhook URL from your Zap or Make scenario, tick the events to send, and click Send test so Zapier or Make has sample fields to map.
Pro
Keep one event out of your CRMEvery event syncs to Salesforce and ChabadOne, and there's no switch on screen for one event. Support can keep an event out, or bring back one that History says is kept out.
