Guests can't see their table
Guests see their table only after you publish seating. Set to show at check-in, each guest sees it once their ticket is scanned.

A guest's ticket page shows their table only after you publish seating. When When guests see their table is set to At check-in, each guest sees it only after their ticket is scanned at the door, so the table is news when they arrive. A guest you haven't seated has no table to show either way. Door staff see every table.
Fix it
- 1In the event, open Guests → Seating. The card says Published or Not published.
- 2If it's not published, click Publish seating, then Publish. The button stays off until at least one guest is seated.
- 3To show tables before the door, set When guests see their table to When you publish.
- 4To tell everyone at once, click Email guests their table.
- When
- When guests see their table is At check-in
- Then
- Each ticket page shows its table only once that ticket is checked in, and the Your table email isn't sent. Door staff see every table either way.
Not this?
- Seating won't take changes: see Gala pages are read-only.
- A pledge isn't on the screen: see A pledge isn't on the screen.
