Who you honor, and who helps you sell.

Guides

Add an honoreeAdd the people your gala celebrates. Each gets a portrait card in the Honoring section of your event page, their own link, and a name guests can dedicate journal ads to.

Add committee membersAdd the people who sell your gala. Each gets their own link, a name in the Committee list on your page, and an optional short profile.

Import your committee from a spreadsheetUpload a CSV of your committee, match its columns, check the rows Ovante will skip, and add everyone at once, each with their own link.

Send committee members their linksAfter an import, pick who gets an email with their own link. Everyone with an email starts ticked; untick anyone, then send one email each.

How it works

Honorees and the committeeOn a Gala event, the people who sell for you are the committee and the people you celebrate are honorees. Both keep a link that credits them for what it sells.

How the committee shows on your pageYour committee is listed by name in a Committee section below the sponsors. A long list folds behind View all, and anyone with a profile opens a small drawer.

The honorees and committee leaderboardThe Honorees and committee card on the Committee page ranks everyone by the money they've brought in: tickets through their link, ads for them and gifts in their honor.
