Prices, sales windows, bundles and checkout.

Guides

Add a ticket typeA ticket type is one kind of ticket, with its own name, price and quantity. Add one under Sales, Tickets; leave the quantity blank to sell without a limit.Set when a ticket is on saleEach ticket has its own sales window. Turn on Sales start, Sales end or both in the ticket's Sales window card; a ticket with no end keeps selling after the event starts.Reorder ticketsDrag tickets and bundles into the order you want in Reorder tickets. The event page and checkout list them in that order.Schedule a price increaseAdd price increases to a ticket and its price goes up by itself at each time you set. Checkout charges the new price the moment it's due.Sell tables and bundlesA bundle sells several tickets as one item at one price, such as a table of 10 or a couple's package. Every seat in it counts toward capacity and gets its own holder.Add an admission ticketAn Interactive page sells one ticket, the admission. Add it with Add admission on the Tickets page; it always comes first.Require approval for a ticketTurn on Require approval on a ticket type and every order holding it waits for you to approve or decline. Paid requests hold the card instead of charging it.

Create a promo codeA promo code takes a percentage or a fixed amount off, once per order or on each ticket. Set a maximum number of uses if you want one.Ask checkout questionsAdd questions to checkout on the Questions page, asked once per order or for each ticket. Make them required, save answers to contacts, or show one only after a certain answer.
Pro

The guest's order holds its tickets until you mark it paid.
Pro or Gala
Let buyers cover the card feeLet card buyers add a percentage to their order to cover processing. What they add is recorded as a gift of its own.
Pro or Gala
Set up sponsorship levelsAdd sponsorship levels on the Sponsors page, with a price, seats and a perks table. Every page style lists them; only an Interactive page can sell one at checkout.
