Invite your teamGive people besides the owner access to your organization, each with a role that decides what they see and change. Every plan gets the same seats.Accept an invitationClick Accept invite in the email, then sign in or create an account with the address it was sent to. You join with the role you were invited as.Switch organizationsIf you belong to more than one organization, switch between them from the menu under your organization's name at the bottom of the sidebar.Organization settingsSettings → General holds your organization's name, location, time zone, contact email and public URL, plus the way into your org page editor.Your profile and securityYour name, photo, password, two-factor sign-in and active sessions belong to you, not your organization. Find them under Settings, in the Personal group.Plans and billingSettings → Plans shows your plan and where it stands, and Manage plan opens Stripe to change your card, switch billing, download invoices or cancel.Upgrade to ProUpgrade from the sidebar or Settings → Plans. You pay on Ovante's upgrade page with a card, a wallet or a promo code, and Pro switches on as soon as it goes through.

How it works

When Pro endsYour organization moves to Free. Nothing is deleted and live events stay live, but Free's limits and platform fee apply from then on.

Roles and permissionsEach teammate has one role: Admin, Manager, Door staff or Viewer. This is what each can see and do, matching Compare roles in Settings.What only the owner can doPayouts, billing, integrations and managing Admins belong to the owner alone. Deleting and duplicating events don't: Admins can do both, and Managers can duplicate.
