The Hosting dashboard
A host who is a member sees their link, rank, tickets, orders, visits and who registered on their membership page. Money shows only if you allow it.
On this page
A host who is a member of your organization has a Hosting section on their membership page. It shows every event they host, how they're doing, and where they rank among the other hosts. Hosts who aren't members don't have it; you can invite them to become a member.
What the host sees
Each event still to come gets a card:
- The event and their rank, such as "#2 of 5", with a medal color for the top three.
- Their link, with Copy and Share.
- Their numbers: Tickets, Orders, Link visits, and Raised when you allow it.
- Leaderboard: the top five hosts by tickets, with the host's own row pinned under them when they're further down, and a line such as "2 tickets behind Avi Levin".
- Who registered: the buyer's name, how many tickets and the date. No emails or phone numbers.
Past events fold into one list under Past events. A row opens the same numbers for that event.
How it counts
- A ticket counts while its holder is Going. A refund or Not going takes it off.
- Hosts with the same number of tickets share a rank.
- A person counts once per event. If you added Dana twice, Dana gets one entry with both links' numbers together, and shares the link that has sold the most.
- Visits Dana makes to the event from the device Dana uses for the membership page don't count as visits Dana brought.
Money: Show hosts what they raise
Memberships → Tiers and perks → Show hosts what they raise is on unless you turn it off, and it applies to every host in your organization. Off, hosts see their tickets, orders and link visits, and no amount ever reaches their page. No host email carries money either way.
The rule behind this page
- When
- Show hosts what they raise is off
- Then
- Hosts' dashboards show tickets, orders and visits, and never the money raised.
