Guides

Open Live check-inLive check-in turns a phone into a ticket scanner and guest list for one event. Open it from the event, turn on the camera once, and the screen stays awake.

Scan ticketsA valid scan checks the guest in at once, with no confirm tap. Check in the rest of their order from the result, and undo a wrong scan from three places.

Search the guest listFind a guest at the door by the start of any part of their name, their email, or three or more digits of their phone, across everyone on file.

How it works

Check in at several doorsRun Live check-in on as many phones as you have doors. Each phone picks up the others' check-ins every few seconds while its screen is on.When the connection dropsCheck-ins made without a connection wait on the phone and send when it's back online. The top bar counts what's waiting. Keep the page open until it clears.Door staff at check-inThe Door staff role checks guests in and sees what the door needs, names, ticket types and statuses, but never emails, phone numbers, orders or money.
