Salesforce says Reconnect
Salesforce stopped accepting Ovante's sign-in. Reconnect as a Salesforce user with access, and the deliveries held meanwhile go out.
Owner
Salesforce stopped accepting the sign-in Ovante uses: someone revoked Ovante's access in Salesforce, or the connected user was deactivated or lost access. The Salesforce page then says Not syncing with Reconnect, and the owner gets a weekly email while it stays that way. Deliveries wait meanwhile, and each one on the History tab says how long it's held. Reconnect soon so none run out.
Fix it
- 1Open Settings → Integrations → Salesforce.
- 2Click Reconnect on the status card, or Reconnect Salesforce in its menu.
- 3Sign in to Salesforce as a user who can create and edit the records Ovante writes.
- 4Back in Ovante, the status says Syncing, and the deliveries held for you go out.
Reconnecting to the same Salesforce org keeps every match Ovante made. Connecting a different org starts matching over.
Not this?
- Deliveries fail but the connection is fine: see Campaigns aren't created.
- Salesforce has two records for one person: see Salesforce made a duplicate record.
