Save your ticket to your phone
Tap Save ticket on your ticket page to keep a copy as an image, and add the event to your calendar. The QR code works straight from your screen.
At the door, show the QR code on your ticket page. It works from your screen, so there's nothing to print. To keep a copy for when you're offline, save it as an image.
Save your ticket
- 1Open your ticket page from the View your ticket button in your confirmation email.
- 2Tap Save ticket. With several tickets it reads Save tickets and saves each one.
- 3On a phone, your share sheet opens: save the image to your photos. On a computer, the image downloads.
The saved image is a copy. If the organizer changes something later, like the time, or adds your table, the ticket page shows it and the image doesn't.
Add it to your calendar
Tap Calendar on your ticket page, then Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (.ics).
Good to know
- Turn your screen brightness up at the door so the code scans fast.
- If the organizer doesn't use QR codes, your ticket says "You're on the list". Give your name at check-in.
- Save ticket doesn't show for a request that's still waiting, since there's no ticket yet.
To reach the organizer, reply to your ticket email.
