Campaigns aren't created
Salesforce refuses Campaigns from a user without Marketing User. Tick it on the connected user, then replay the failed deliveries.
Owner
Salesforce lets a user create Campaigns only with the Marketing User permission. Without it, each event's Campaign fails and History says the user can't create Campaigns. People still sync either way; only the Campaign and its members are missing.
Fix it
- 1Open Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → History, and pick Failed. Read what each delivery says.
- 2In Salesforce, go to Setup → Users, open the user you connected Ovante with, click Edit, tick Marketing User and save.
- 3Back in History, click Replay on each failed delivery.
- 4On Configure, check that Track attendance as Campaigns is on under Events.
If a delivery says the event is marked to stay out of your CRM, write to support@ovante.app to sync it again.
Not this?
- The page says Not syncing: see Salesforce says Reconnect.
- People are duplicated: see Salesforce made a duplicate record.
