Set up your calendar page

Your calendar page lists your published events at ovante.app/org/your-org. Set its name and URL first, then its logo, banner, description, links and look.

On this page

Your calendar page is your organization's public page. It lists your published events, and every event page links back to it. It lives at ovante.app/org/your-org, and you set it up in two places: a short dialog for the name and address, and the org page editor for everything else.

Set the name and address

Ovante opens Set up your calendar page before your first event goes live, because that event's page links here. You can also open it from the setup guide's Set up your calendar page step.

  1. 1
Check Organization name. Ovante filled it in from your sign-up.
  2. 2
Check Public URL: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens after ovante.app/org/. A check mark means the address is free.
  3. 3
Click the banner area to add a banner, and the circle to add a logo. Each image saves as soon as it uploads.
  4. 4
Click Save, or Save and publish when the dialog opened as you published. Ovante counts the calendar page as set up from then on.

Add the rest of the page

  1. 1
    Open Settings → General.
  2. 2
Under Org page, click Edit org page.
  3. 3
Under Logo and banner, add a logo and banner images. The banner slides through its images in the order you set.
  4. 4
Under About, write a Description. The page shows the start of it, then Read more.
  5. 5
Under Links, add your Website and any of Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. An empty row stays hidden.
  6. 6
Under Look, pick Light or Dark for Appearance.
  7. 7
Click Save. A toast says Org page saved, and View page on the General page opens it in a new tab.
