A pledge isn't on the screen
Pledges from tickets are set to Review first, so each one waits in the console until someone approves it.

Pledges from tickets has three settings. Review first holds every guest pledge in the console until someone approves it, and only then does it reach the screen. Straight on puts pledges on the screen at once, up to your highest appeal level; a bigger one still waits for you. Off means guests can't pledge from their tickets at all.
Fix it
- 1In the event, open Fundraising → Appeal and click Open console.
- 2Under Waiting for you, find the pledge and click Approve. It goes on the screen.
- 3To skip review for the rest of the night, set Pledges from tickets to Straight on in the console.
- When
- Pledges from tickets is set to Review first
- Then
- A guest's pledge waits in the console's Waiting for you list and reaches neither the screen nor any total until someone approves it.
Not this?
- A pledge isn't in your money totals: a pledge is a promise until you mark it paid. See Mark a pledge as paid.
- Guests can't see their table: see Guests can't see their table.
