The member price doesn't show
Member prices show only to a member who's signed in with their member account. Typing an email at checkout doesn't unlock them.
Owner · Admin · Manager
Ovante prices a ticket for a member only when they're signed in with their member account and their membership is live. An email typed at checkout never unlocks a member price. A visitor who isn't signed in sees Members, sign in for your price under the event's button instead.
Fix it
- 1Ask the member to click Members, sign in for your price on the event page and sign in with the code Ovante sends them.
- 2If that line doesn't show, no tier has a member price on this event. In the event, open Settings → General, and under Members pick a price for each tier: Free, Percent off or Amount off. Changes there save straight away.
- 3If the signed-in member reads "You've used your" member price for this event, their tier's price covers a set number of tickets per event and they've used them. To allow more, pick Up to 4 tickets or Every ticket beside that tier's price.
- When
- Who can register is Members
- Then
- Only someone signed in with a live membership in an allowed tier can register. Typing a member's email doesn't unlock it.
- When
- A ticket gets a member benefit for this buyer
- Then
- No promo code applies to that ticket. An order-wide code still takes money off the rest of the order.
Not this?
- The member doesn't get a sign-in code: see A member didn't get a sign-in code.
- A promo code won't apply to a member's ticket: see A guest can't use a promo code.
