A logo looks wrong on the wall
The wall paints a logo on a transparent background in your page's text color, and shows one with its own background as a box. Ask for a one-color SVG.

The sponsor wall paints a logo in your page's text color when it's a one-color SVG, or a PNG whose edges are transparent. A colorful logo on a transparent background then turns into one solid shape. A logo with its own background, like a JPEG or a PNG on white, shows exactly as uploaded: a box on your page.
Fix it
- 1In the event, open Fundraising → Sponsors and click the sponsor.
- 2Ask the sponsor for a one-color SVG on a transparent background. While their logo waits for review, Request changes in the Logo card emails them your note.
- 3With the file in hand, click Upload a new logo. A logo you upload goes up at once, in your page's text color.
Ovante refuses an SVG whose shapes fill nearly the whole frame, because that's a background, not a logo.
Not this?
- A sponsor isn't on the wall at all: only approved logos show. See Review logos.
- The page style can't change: see I can't change the page style.
