Home
Home answers three questions in order: how your next event is doing, how your organization is doing, and what came in most recently.
Home is the page you land on after you sign in. It answers three questions, top to bottom: how is your next event doing, how is your organization doing, and what came in most recently. Days on Home are your organization's days, in the time zone set in Settings → General.
Next up
Your next event, on the left: its cover with a countdown, the date, name, status and place, then Open event (Finish setup for a draft), a button to the public page and a button to copy its link. On the event's own days, Check in joins them.
On the right, a bar counts tickets against the event's limit. With no limit, it fills toward what your recent events averaged; with no past events, there's no bar. Under it, four figures picked for the moment:
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue | What the event took in after fees and refunds, gifts included. The line under it says how much was gifts. |
| Checked in | Guests checked in, on the event's days and after. |
| Sold today | Tickets sold since midnight, with the week's count under it. |
| Waiting for you | Requests to review. Click it to open the event's Orders. |
| Visits | Visits to the event page over the past week. |
| Conversion | Orders per visit over the same week. |
| Average ticket | Revenue per ticket sold, before gifts. |
The next few events sit under it as small cards. With nothing ahead, the section becomes Last event, a recap with Raised, Against your average and Didn't come.
Overview
The period switch picks the window for everything in this section: 7d, 30d, 90d or 12m. The Overview title opens Analytics.
- Sales: Revenue, Tickets sold, Donations and Page views as tabs over a chart, each against the period before. Today is compared with yesterday at the same hour.
- People: everyone On your list, new people in the period, how many Came back against First time, and Haven't been back: regulars with nothing booked who haven't come in months.
- Members, when you run a membership program: Active members, Yearly dues, renewals coming up, Past due and dues collected in the period.
- Top hosts: a podium of the hosts who've sold the most tickets to events still ahead. Click the title for the full leaderboard.

Why a card is missing
A card with nothing to say stays off the page. Members shows only with a membership program, Top hosts only when hosts have sold tickets to an event ahead, and the came-back split only once enough people came to an event in the period. Before your first event, Home shows one card that asks you to create it.
Who sees Home
The owner, Admins, Managers and Viewers. Door staff start on Events, since Home shows the organization's money and contacts.
