Opens, clicks and bounces
A sent blast lists every recipient with their delivery, opens and clicks. Filter the list, and open any row to see the exact email that person got.

Open a sent blast to see how it did. In the event, open Outreach → Emails and click the blast: the top shows its totals, and the list under them shows every recipient.
The totals
Recipients, Delivered and Opened, then Clicked, which becomes Failed when some copies failed. Refresh in the bar brings in the latest numbers.
The recipient list
Each row shows the recipient, their status, and when the email was delivered, opened and clicked. Search by name or email, or filter:

People Ovante skipped are in the list with the reason: unsubscribed from your emails, marked your email as spam, or an address that bounced before.
One person's email
Click a row to open that person's copy. You see its delivery as a timeline (queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, or what went wrong), the email exactly as it arrived, and Resend. A skipped row has no email to open.
Bounces and spam reports
When an address bounces for good or its owner marks your email as spam, Ovante adds it to your blocked list, and later blasts skip it. See Unsubscribes and blocked addresses.
The same numbers elsewhere
A person's page has an Emails view under Activity, with each email's delivery, opens and clicks. See Email history.
The rule behind this page
- When
- A recipient marks your email as spam, or their address bounces for good
- Then
- Ovante adds the address to your org's unsubscribe list. Emails you send to your guests skip it from then on, event updates included, and so do member event invitations.
