The People list
Contacts in the sidebar lists everyone your organization knows. Search, filter, pick columns, sort, and export what you see.
Contacts in the sidebar opens the list of everyone your organization knows: one row per person, built from registrations, members, imports and the people you add by hand.
Find someone
- Search. The box searches names, emails, companies, phone numbers and tags. Its placeholder counts the people that match.
- Filter. Click Filter and pick Events attended, Total spent, Total donated, Status or Last interaction. Each filter becomes a chip you can change or clear.
- Sort. Click a column header. The list starts with Last Interaction, newest first.
Choose columns
Click the column picker beside the search to show, hide and reorder columns. The list starts with Name, Email, Membership, Events, Total Spent, Status, Last Event and Last Interaction. You can add Donated, Lifetime Value, Phone, Company, School, Industry and First Seen. Your choice is saved in your browser.
The Membership column
It shows the person's tier, with a note when the membership isn't plainly active: Ended, Payment due or Ending. Sorting by it puts members first, live memberships before ended ones.
Export
Click Export to download a CSV of the rows you're looking at, with the columns you're showing. Filters and search apply.
Work with a row
Click a row to open the person's page. The row's menu has View person, Edit details, Copy email and, if your role can edit contacts, Delete contact.
With a role that edits contacts you also see New Person, Import, and the Review tab with its count of open suggestions.
Good to know
- Coming back from a person's page keeps your search, filters, sort and scroll.
- Status (Active, VIP, Inactive) is yours to set when you edit a contact. Registrations don't change it.
- Deleting a contact removes their profile, stats and history for good.
