Pay for an approved request
The organizer approved you, but your card couldn't be charged. Tap the Pay button in your email or on your ticket page to pay and get your tickets.
On this page
When the organizer approved your request, Ovante tried to charge your card and couldn't, for example because the card was declined or your bank wanted you to confirm. Your spot isn't confirmed until you pay.
Pay
- 1Open the email with the subject "Finish paying for" and the event's name, and tap the Pay button. Your ticket page has the same button, under "You're approved".
- 2Enter a card, or use another way your device offers.
- 3Tap Pay. The page says "You're in", and your tickets are emailed to you.
Pay soon
The email says how long your spot is held. If you don't pay in time, the request expires and you'd need to request again.
Good to know
- If you already paid, in another tab or a moment ago, the page says so. If a second payment goes through by mistake, Ovante refunds it, and it reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days.
- Changed your mind? Tap Cancel request on your ticket page instead.
To reach the organizer, reply to your ticket email.
