What Ovante is and how it fits together
Ovante runs your events and sells their tickets, and the people who come become your list. Everything belongs to your organization.
On this page
Ovante is where you run events and sell tickets to them, and where the people who come become your list. Everything you make belongs to your organization: Chabad of Starbase, say, with its calendar page, its events, and every contact those events bring in.

How a guest moves through it
- 1Rachel Gold opens Gala Under the Stars from your calendar page or from a link you shared. Ovante counts the visit.
- 2Rachel picks three tickets and checks out. Ovante records one order with three tickets and charges the card once.
- 3Each person holding a ticket joins your contacts. Rachel's contact keeps what Rachel spent; each guest's contact keeps the event they came to.
- 4At the door, your team scans the tickets and checks guests in.
- 5Afterward, Home and Analytics show what the event raised and who came back.
Who does the work
The person who signed up is the organization's owner. The owner can invite up to 5 more people, each with a role that decides what they see and change. See Roles and permissions.
What your plan changes
Every new organization starts with 28 days of Pro. After that, Free publishes and sells with limits and a platform fee, and Pro removes both and adds check-in, hosts and more. Gala is an add-on for one event. See Free, Pro and Gala.
