Reorder tickets
Drag tickets and bundles into the order you want in Reorder tickets. The event page and checkout list them in that order.

Tickets and bundles share one order, and guests see them in it: on a Showcase page's ticket cards and in checkout's ticket list. Put the ticket most people should buy where they look first.
Reorder
- 1In the event, open Sales → Tickets.
- 2Click the reorder button in the toolbar, Reorder tickets.
- 3Drag each ticket or bundle into place by its handle.
- 4Click Save order.
"Ticket order saved" appears. Nothing changes until you save, so Cancel leaves the order as it was.
The button is turned off until there are at least two tickets or bundles to order.
What the order changes
- Showcase: the order of the ticket cards on the page.
- Standard: the order of the ticket list in checkout.
- Interactive: the admission ticket always stays first, so the dialog leaves it out and orders the rest behind it.
Good to know
- An event nobody has reordered lists bundles first, then tickets in the order you created them.
- Sponsorship levels have their own order, on the Sponsors page.
