Get directions or the online link
Your ticket page shows the address or the join link once the organizer lets ticket holders see it. Then Directions or Join online opens it.

The place, or the link to join online, is on your ticket page. Some organizers show it to ticket holders as soon as they register; others keep it private and share it later.
Find it
- 1Open your ticket page from the View your ticket button in your confirmation email.
- 2Look under Event. When the address is shared, it's there with any instructions from the organizer and a map.
- 3Tap Directions to open the place in Google Maps. For an online event, tap Join online, or the link under Event.
Not shared yet?
Your ticket page says so in place of the address:
- "Location will be shared by the hosts", or the venue's name with "Address will be shared by the hosts".
- For an online event, "The hosts will share the link."
The page shows the address as soon as the organizer shares it, so check it again closer to the event.
Good to know
- On a request that's still waiting, the address and link appear once the organizer approves you.
To reach the organizer, reply to your ticket email.
