Plans and billing
Settings → Plans shows your plan and where it stands, and Manage plan opens Stripe to change your card, switch billing, download invoices or cancel.

Settings → Plans shows which plan your organization is on and where it stands: a trial, a renewal date, or an end date. From there you start Pro, and Manage plan opens Stripe's billing page for everything else. Only the owner sees Plans.
Read the Plans page
Two cards sit side by side, Free and Pro. Your current plan is outlined and its button says Current plan. On Free, the Free card counts your live events against the limit. The line under Pro's price says where Pro stands:

| Ends on a date, with Ending | You cancelled. Pro runs until that date, then you move to Free. |
| Comped by Ovante | Ovante gave your organization Pro, with or without an end date. |
| Trial ended or Plan ended | You're on Free. The button says Upgrade to Pro or Resubscribe. |
Choose monthly or annual
Before you subscribe, pick Monthly or Annual above the cards. Pro is $49 a month, or $480 billed once a year. Once you subscribe, the switch locks to your plan; change it from Manage plan.
Manage your subscription
- 1Open Settings → Plans.
- 2Click Manage plan. Stripe's billing page opens.
- 3Update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel.
Cancel and resume
Cancel from Manage plan. Pro keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, and the Pro card says Ending with the date. After that your organization moves to Free. To keep Pro, resume from Manage plan before that date. After it, Resubscribe starts a new subscription.
Good to know
- A plan covers one organization. If you own one and work in others, each has its own plan.
- Admins and other roles don't see Plans. The menu under the organization's name shows everyone the plan in use.
