Show tickets sold by each host

Put a "12 sold" pill on each host's card on a Showcase or Interactive page, and order the cards by sales if you like.

On this page

On a Showcase or Interactive page, each host's card can show how many tickets were bought through their link. Hosts see where they stand, and guests see who is bringing the room.

Turn it on

  1. 1
In the event, open Outreach → Hosts.
  2. 2
    Click Host settings.
  3. 3
Leave Show hosts on the event page on.
  4. 4
Turn on Show tickets sold by each host.
  5. 5
To put the best seller first, set Order hosts to Most tickets sold.
  6. 6
Click Save. Each card on the page now has a pill with the host's count, such as "12 sold".

What the pill counts

The pill shows the host's Registrations from the Hosts table: tickets bought through their link. A request counts once you approve it. A host's profile on the page says the same number, as "12 tickets sold".

The number counts up from zero the first time a card is mostly on screen. A visitor who has asked their device for reduced motion sees the number straight away.

Good to know

  • The setting isn't offered on a Standard page, or on a Gala event, where the committee has no cards.
  • With Most tickets sold, hosts with the same count keep your drag order.
  • Hidden hosts don't appear, whatever they sold.

The rule behind this page

When
Show tickets sold by each host is on
Then
Each host's card on the event page shows how many tickets came through their link, and Order hosts can sort the row by Most tickets sold.
