The Attendees page
Your door list. One row per ticket holder, status counts that filter the list, a ticket filter, seats against capacity, and Export.
The Attendees page lists everyone holding a ticket to the event, one row per ticket, newest first. It's the list you work the door from. Nothing is decided here: orders, payments and approvals live on the Orders page.
Open it
In the event, open Guests → Attendees.
What each row shows
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The ticket holder. A ticket the buyer didn't name reads "Unnamed ticket". |
| Ticket type | The ticket type this row holds. |
| Status | Going, Pending approval or Not going. |
| Checked in | Yes or No. The column shows only on the event's own days, in the event's time zone. |
| Registered | When the ticket was created. |
Click a row to open the ticket drawer: where the ticket stands at the door, the order it came on, its details, its answers and the emails sent about it.
Filter the list
- The status tabs: All, Going, Pending approval and Not going, each with its count. Click one to show only those rows. Pending approval appears when the event has a ticket type that needs approval, or a request is waiting.
- All tickets lets you pick one or more ticket types. The status counts and the seats line follow this filter. Ovante remembers your pick for this event in this browser.
- Search attendees matches a name, email, phone, order number, ticket type, bundle, or the host or promo code an order was credited to. Search narrows the table only, so every count stays in view.
The seats line
On the right of the filters, a line like "65 of 75 seats" counts the tickets that are Going against capacity.
- Capacity is the event's own capacity. With none set, it's the ticket types' quantities added up. If any ticket type is unlimited and the event has no capacity, the line doesn't show.
- With a ticket filter on, it counts against those ticket types' quantities.
- The line turns amber when Going passes capacity, for example after you added someone past a limit by hand.
The toolbar
- Export downloads every ticket as a CSV. See Export your guest list.
- Check-in opens Live check-in.
- Add attendee opens the sheet for adding people by hand. It shows when your role can add guests.
- Import is turned off for now. Its tooltip says "Coming soon".
Good to know
- People on a request appear here as Pending approval. You decide the whole order on the Orders page; their ticket drawer has Review order to take you there.
- To change someone's status, open their ticket drawer and use Change status. See Change a guest's status.
- On a phone, each row shows the name over the email (or "On Dana's order" for an unnamed ticket), with the ticket type and status on the right.
