Memberships
Tiers, members, dues and members-only events.
Guides
Start a membership programCreate your tiers, then turn on Take new members. Your org page becomes the place people join, and each event can give members their own price.Tiers and perksA tier is what people join: a name, a price, how often they pay, and its perks. Perks come from one list shared by every tier.Members-only events and member pricingEach event sets its own member rules. Give each tier a price, free tickets or a discount, and choose whether only members of some tiers can register.Require approval to joinTurn on Approve new members and every join becomes a request. A paid tier saves the card and charges it only when you approve.Add a member by handAdd anyone from your contacts as a member: record dues they paid you, make it complimentary, or email them a link to join by card.Edit your org pageOne drawer sets your org page's logo, banner images, description, links, light or dark look, and the title and subhead above your tiers. The membership card on your org pageA card beside your events invites visitors to join. You set its text, button label and image; members see their own status on it instead.
How it works
How members sign inMembers sign in with a 6-digit code sent by text or email. Their member account belongs to your org; it isn't an Ovante account and has no password.Dues, renewals and failed paymentsCard dues go to your own Stripe account. Monthly and yearly tiers renew on their own; every other membership ends on its date, after a reminder. When members change or cancelMembers switch tiers and cancel card or free memberships themselves. Offline dues, prepaid tiers moving to cheaper ones, and moves to a free tier stay with you.
