The Transactions page
Every order across all your events in one table, with filters for date, amount, event, status and type, and a page for each transaction.
Transactions in the sidebar lists every order across your events, one row per order: checkouts, orders you added by hand, and orders with no tickets, like a gift on its own or journal ads. Click a row to open that transaction's page.
What each row shows
By default the table shows First name, Last name, Amount, Type, Event, Status, Payment method and Date. The column picker adds Email, Tickets, Processor, Transaction ID, Discount and Donation, and lets you hide or reorder any of them.
- Amount is what the buyer was charged, tickets and gifts together.
- Type is Tickets, Donation, Sponsorship or Journal ad. The column, and its filter, appear once you have orders other than tickets.
- Status is Paid, Awaiting payment, Refunded, Free, Awaiting approval or Approved, unpaid. A request that was declined, expired or withdrawn isn't listed. See Order statuses.
Find a transaction
- The search box matches names, email, event, order id, type, the card's last four digits and the payment method.
- The filters under it narrow by Date and time, Amount, Event, Status and Type.
- The download button saves a CSV of the rows on screen, with the columns you're showing.
A transaction's page
Click a row. The page shows the amount, the status and who paid, then:
- Tickets: the event and each ticket on the order, which opens the ticket drawer, plus any gift, covered card fee or journal ad. An order with no tickets shows Items instead.
- The receipt: Subtotal, any Discount, Total paid, then Processing fees, Platform fee and Net.
- Purchaser: the buyer's name, which links to their contact, with email and phone.
- Payment: the method, a "Saved card" chip when a member paid with a card on file, the processor, and the date received for an offline payment.
- Attribution: where the order came from, the host who referred it and any promo code.
A request shows Review, and an order awaiting payment shows Mark as paid. At the top: Record payment on an order with no payment yet, Resend confirmation, and Refund for the owner and Admins. The menu has Copy order ID, Copy payment ID, Go to event and Open order page, which opens the buyer's ticket page.
Good to know
- The arrows at the top step through the list in the order you sorted it.
- Refunding is also on a paid row's menu, as Refund transaction.
- Each event's own orders are on its Orders page.
