Track sponsor benefits
Each sponsor's drawer has a checklist of what their level promises: logo placements, a journal ad, a reserved table and a podium mention. Some tick themselves; you tick the rest.

A sponsorship promises things you have to deliver: a logo on the page, an ad in the journal, a table up front, a thank-you from the podium. The Benefits card in each sponsor's drawer lists what their level promises and shows which are done, so nothing slips on the night.
Choose what a level tracks
- 1In the event, open Fundraising → Sponsors.
- 2Under Sponsorship levels, open the level's menu and click Edit level.
- 3In the Benefits card, turn on what the level includes: Logo on the event page, Logo on the screen at the event, Logo in the journal, Journal ad (with its Ad size), Reserved table and Podium mention.
- 4Click Save. Every sponsor at that level now has these on their checklist.
Journal ad needs at least one ad size on the Journal page first.
Tick them off
Open a sponsor from the list. The Benefits card says how many are done.
| Benefit | How it's marked done |
|---|---|
| Logo on the event page | By itself, once the logo is approved and the sponsor is shown and not anonymous |
| Logo on the screen | By itself, once the logo is approved |
| Logo in the journal | By itself, once the logo is approved |
| The journal ad | By itself, once an ad on the sponsor's own order is approved |
| Reserved table | By you: tick it when they have their table |
| Podium mention | By you: tick it once they've been thanked |
Ticks you make save at once.
What the benefits change
Some benefits do more than appear on the checklist:
- Logo on the event page is what lets an approved logo show on your page at all.
- Logo on the screen puts the logo in the live screen's Sponsors slide.
- Reserved table gives each sponsor at that level their own table on the seating chart. See Sponsor tables.
- Any logo benefit adds Upload your logo to the sponsor's order page.
Good to know
- The Benefits card isn't what guests read. The perks table is. See What sponsors get: the perks table.
- A level with no benefits turned on shows no checklist.
- An ad you add by hand with Add ad has its own order, so it doesn't tick a sponsor's journal ad benefit. Tick it off in your own notes instead.
