Approve is refused
The order doesn't fit the seats left. Raise the event's capacity or the ticket type's quantity, or decline the request.
Owner · Admin · Manager
A request holds no seat while it waits, so the event or a ticket type can fill up in the meantime. Approving an order that would go past the event's capacity, a ticket type's quantity, or Free's 50-attendee cap is refused with "No seats left. Raise capacity or decline."
Fix it
- 1In the event, open Guests → Orders and open the request.
- 2Read the line under Approve. It says how many seats are left, or in amber what the order would break.
- 3Click Raise capacity, or open Settings → General and raise Maximum attendees. For a full ticket type, open Sales → Tickets and raise Tickets for sale.
- 4Click Approve again, or click Decline.
When you select several requests, the bar at the bottom says Not enough seats for all before you try.
- When
- You approve, and the event can't fit the order
- Then
- Ovante refuses the approval. The drawer and the bulk bar show the seats left, for the event and for each limited ticket type, before you try.
- When
- An order is a request
- Then
- It holds no seat, and no count or total includes it until you approve it.
Not this?
- The order says Awaiting payment after you approved: see An approved request says Awaiting payment.
- Your event stopped selling at 50: see My event stopped selling at 50.
