What sponsors get: the perks table

One table per event lists what each sponsorship level gets, perks down the side and levels across the top. Guests see it when they open Become a sponsor.

The perks table is how guests compare your sponsorship levels: each perk is a row, each level is a column, and every cell says whether that level gets it. Guests see it on your event page when they open Become a sponsor.

Before you start

Add your sponsorship levels first. The table has one column per level, in the order the levels are in. See Set up sponsorship levels.

Fill in the table

  1. 1
In the event, open Fundraising → Sponsors.
  2. 2
    Scroll to What sponsors get.
  3. 3
Click Add perk and type it, like "VIP admissions" or "Full-page journal ad".
  4. 4
Click a cell under a level and pick Included or Not included, or type a short text under Or type what they get (like "4" or "Front row") and click Set.
  5. 5
Drag a perk by its handle to reorder it, or click the bin to remove it.
  6. 6
Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. The table and the rest of the page save together.

What guests see

  • In Become a sponsor, the table appears with your levels across the top: a check for Included, a quiet cross for Not included, or your text.
  • On a phone, guests pick a level and see that level's perks as a list.
  • A level you've hidden from the event page doesn't appear.

Turning on a level's Benefits doesn't add a row to the table, and the other way around. Keep both in step yourself. See Track sponsor benefits.

Good to know

  • There's one table per event.
  • Each cell's text is short; longer text is cut to fit.
  • With Show sponsorship opportunities off in Settings → General, Become a sponsor and the table are hidden from your page.
