How it works

What the Ovante connector doesThe connector lets an AI app like Claude read your events, sales, guests, orders, contacts and analytics, signed in as you. Changes are still made in Ovante.What an agent can seeAn agent reads Ovante as you and never sees more than you can. If you own the org, it sees everything the tools read; on someone else's team it sees less.

Fixes

Claude can't reach OvanteThe connection lapsed or was disconnected, the org turned agents off, or a limit was hit. Claude's error says which; connect again or wait it out.The consent screen says "This app named itself"The app runs on your own computer, so Ovante can't confirm who made it. Connect only if you started the connection from that app a moment ago.
