Turn agents off for your org

The org's owner and Admins can turn AI apps off for the whole org, or for one teammate. While they're off, no app can read the org's events, orders, contacts or figures for the people the switch covers.

Before you start

• Settings → AI apps shows to the owner and Admins.
• To stop only your own apps, you don't need this page. Click Disconnect under Settings → Connected apps.

Turn AI apps off for the org

   Open Settings → AI apps.

   Under Access, turn off Allow AI apps.

   Click Turn off to confirm.

Turn AI apps off for one person

   Open Settings → AI apps.

   Under People, find the person. Each row shows their role, the apps they've connected, and how often those apps read the org in the last 30 days.

   Turn off their switch. It changes at once.

The owner can switch anyone, and an Admin anyone but other Admins. Nobody can switch themselves.

What happens next

• With the org switch off, every call about the org gets: "This organization has turned off AI apps. Its owner or an Admin can turn them back on in Ovante, under Settings → AI apps."
• With a person's switch off, their apps get: "An owner or Admin has turned off AI apps for you in this organization."
• A teammate who also works in other orgs keeps using their apps there. Only your org is closed.
• Connections aren't deleted. They work again the moment the switch is back on.
• Each change is recorded in the team's history on Settings → Team.

Good to know

• Turning agents off changes nothing in the dashboard. Your team works as before.
• This page can't disconnect a teammate's app; it stops the app reading your org. Each person disconnects their own under Connected apps.
