Claude can't reach Ovante

The connection lapsed or was disconnected, the org turned agents off, or a limit was hit. Claude's error says which; connect again or wait it out.

Claude loses Ovante for one of four reasons: the connection lapsed or someone disconnected it, an owner or Admin turned AI apps off, a limit was reached, or Ovante paused connections. Each one comes back to Claude as a sentence, so the fastest fix is to read what Claude says Ovante answered.

Fix it

  1. 1
Open Settings → Connected apps in Ovante and look for Claude under Connected.
  2. 2
If Claude isn't listed, the connection was disconnected. In Claude's connector settings, connect Ovante again and click Connect on Ovante's consent screen.
  3. 3
If Claude is listed, click Activity. A refused call shows Ovante's reason under the tool's name.
  4. 4
Match the reason to the table below and do what it says.
